As part of our commitment to continuous improvement and transparency, we are currently pursuing CSR certification with one of the most trusted providers of business sustainability ratings in the world.

Purpose

This policy outlines our commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and sustainability. It serves as a guide for our operations, ensuring that we not only meet the expectations of our stakeholders but also contribute to a more sustainable and equitable world.

Scope

This policy applies to all aspects of our operations, from the selection of our partners and vendors to the design of our travel packages. It encompasses our interactions with clients, employees, local communities, and the environment.

Environmental Stewardship

  • Eco-friendly Travel Options: We encourage the selection of travel packages that emphasize eco-friendly destinations and we recommend low-impact activities that celebrate the natural world.
  • Carbon Offsetting Initiatives: Recognizing the environmental impact of travel, especially air travel, we work with our clients and provide Carbon reporting that can be used to offset the impact of air travel.  We are also looking at offsetting all of our clients’ travel emissions as a whole.
  • Green Accommodations: We feature accommodations that have strong environmental policies in place. This includes hotels and lodges that use renewable energy, have water conservation measures, and practice waste reduction and recycling.
  • Education and Awareness: We believe that informed travelers make sustainable choices. Therefore, we are implementing online booking tools that provide our clients with information  on the environmental impact of their travel choices.

  • Respect for Local Cultures and Traditions: At Voyage Régence, we design our travel packages with a deep understanding and appreciation of the destinations we serve. We provide information on local customs, traditions, and etiquette, with the goal of ensuring respectful interactions.
  • Conservation Initiatives: Recognizing the delicate balance of ecosystems in many tourist destinations, we are mindful of conservation initiatives, ensuring that the biodiversity of these places is preserved for future generations.

Employee Well-being – Health and Safety:
